Really lifetime. You pay once for the size you choose and it never expires or renews. Here, "lifetime" means your storage isn't re-billed for as long as the service operates. It's spelled out in our Terms of Service, not tucked away.

Yes, we were founded in 2026. We'd rather say that plainly than pretend to be an old brand. The problem we solve is anything but new: every phone in India fills up eventually.

Your memories stay safe. Once your files are in your cloud, the phone is just a window into them. Lose the window and the view is still there, so you can open your storage from any other device.

Yes. Your cloud opens on any phone, tablet or computer, whenever you want it. You don't need to keep the same phone or the same number of devices.

₹100 per GB, paid once, with a 10 GB minimum. So 10 GB is ₹1,000, 100 GB is ₹10,000 and 1 TB is ₹1,02,400. There's no "starting from" price and no asterisk on the number.

No. Storage size multiplied by ₹100 is the whole bill. GST applies on top, as it would on any service in India. There's no setup fee and no processing charge.

Booking a slot costs nothing. 50% is due only once your slot is confirmed, and the rest is settled after your transfer is complete.

Any time, in any amount. The rate stays ₹100 per GB, and every top-up is its own one-time, lifetime purchase, just like your first.

Once your storage is active and your data has moved in, the payment is final, like most one-time digital purchases. If something goes wrong on our side before that point, talk to us directly and we'll sort it out. See our Terms of Service for the full details.

Those plans bill you every month, forever. Even a modest ₹130 a month passes ₹15,000 in under ten years, and you still don't own the space. A flat ₹10,000 for 100 GB, paid once, stays yours whether you think about it or not.

Pick a date and a time window (morning, afternoon or evening) on the booking calendar, choose your storage size and leave your details. We confirm the exact time within 24 hours.

Most phones are done in under an hour. It depends on how many photos and videos you have and how fast your internet is, but a slot is designed to cover everything in one sitting.

No. Freeing up space is the default. A full factory reset only happens if you ask for it, for example before selling or handing down a phone. And it only happens after you've checked your files are safe.

Mobile data works too. Tell us when you book and we'll plan the slot so the transfer doesn't eat more of your data plan than it needs to.

Yes. A family member can book and sit through the transfer with you. It's common for parents or grandparents who'd rather not do the tech part alone.

Never. Before we call it done, we go through the numbers with you, albums, videos and all. Nothing is removed from your phone until you've confirmed it's all there.

Yes. Your storage is encrypted and locked to your account. We don't scan your gallery to train anything, sell insights about you or show you ads based on what's in it.

No. We don't browse, sell or share what's in your vault. During a session we guide you through the steps, but the choices and the files stay yours.

Yes. Files are encrypted as they travel and once they're stored, and only you have access to the account they land in.
